ChillCC Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how a business user can request deletion of data processed by ChillCC in connection with Instagram professional account comments, messages, and related customer support workflows.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to meiyijing998@gmail.com with the subject line "ChillCC Data Deletion Request".
- Include the Instagram professional account username or business account identifier connected to ChillCC.
- Include the email address or business user account used to access ChillCC.
- Describe whether you want deletion of all connected account data or only specific data, such as comments, messages, or logs.
Verification
To protect connected business accounts, ChillCC may ask for additional information to verify that the requester is authorized to make the deletion request for the relevant business account or workspace.
What Will Be Deleted
After a verified request, ChillCC will delete or anonymize applicable data associated with the connected account, which may include:
- Stored Instagram comments, replies, mentions, message content, conversation metadata, and related customer support records.
- Connected account settings and authorization records that are no longer needed to provide the service.
- Operational data linked to the requested account where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
Timing
ChillCC aims to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some backup, audit, fraud prevention, security, or legal records may be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law, platform policy, or service integrity requirements.
Disconnecting ChillCC
You may also disconnect ChillCC from your Meta or Instagram business settings. Disconnecting access stops future API access, but it does not automatically delete historical records already stored by ChillCC. To delete stored data, submit a deletion request using the instructions above.
